Synergy Performance Rehab is a high-end, premier fitness facility located conveniently at the top of Tampa Bay.  Our state-of-the-art facility caters to top high school, collegiate and professional athletes through one-on-one rehab and strength conditioning.

We are seeking an energetic, motivated Strength Coach to join our growing team. This entry-level position offers significant growth potential into a full-time, long-term role, with the opportunity to lead our strength department. You will work with a diverse clientele, from high school athletes to professional athletes leading our strength training program.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead group strength sessions for 8-10 high school clients at a time

  • Conduct one-on-one strength training sessions with clients

  • Provide one-on-one time with parents

  • Maintain client relationships, helping them progress from rehab to strength training

  • Implement programming based on specific testing protocols

  • Work with high school, college, and occasionally professional athletes

  • Contribute to the growth and development of our strength program

What You Bring: (Your Expertise)

  • Bachelor's degree (required)

  • CSCS certification (minimum requirement)

  • Experience in a sports team environment

  • Baseball or softball experience

  • Ability to throw for long toss programs

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • High energy and enthusiasm for fitness and athlete development

  • Punctuality and reliability

  • Eagerness to learn and grow professionally

  • Spanish bilingual is a plus

  • A professional demeanor is a must

How We Take Care of You:

  • Competitive pay: $25-$30/hour, based on experience (1099 contractor)

  • Part-time schedule: Monday-Thursday, 2-8 PM

  • Paid continuing education opportunities, including sponsorship

  • Access to 25 years of professional baseball experience and knowledge

  • Opportunity to work with high-level and professional athletes

  • Training provided by the owner, who has extensive experience at every level of professional baseball

  • Work in an energetic, high-end facility
