Custom Arm Care

Synergy Flex is our custom care program that is tailored specifically to your needs. You will receive an initial evaluation that measures strength and range of motion. We use this data to build on your strengths and develop your weaknesses. We will test and re-test your progress monthly to ensure you are maximizing performance on and off the field.

initial shoulder evaluation

Our initial assessment is designed to highlight your strengths and identify your weaknesses for you to reach your goals and maximize performance. We use the latest technology to objectively measure your strength and range of motion.  This gives us a road map to your success.  We will re-test your strength monthly to adjust your program and individualize your arm care routine.

We test:

  • Shoulder and elbow range of motion

  • Shoulder and forearm strength

  • Scapular stabilizer strength
