Our initial assessment is designed to highlight your strengths and identify your weaknesses for you to reach your goals and maximize performance. We use the latest technology to objectively measure your strength and range of motion. This gives us a road map to your success. We will re-test your strength monthly to adjust your program and individualize your routine.

Phase 1
Focuses on basic foundational exercises to strengthen the core and shoulder.
Phase 2
Progresses to more advanced rotator cuff and scapular strengthening exercises designed to increase velocity and train more functional movements.

Phase 3 and beyond
Advanced high level exercises that will take your game to the next level. This is where we see the biggest gains and have the most fun. We are constant adding new exercises to maximize performance and prevent injuries.
